This internship is part of Wipro's North America Transformation Team. The program focuses on exploring technology trends, building domain knowledge, and developing solutions for practical business challenges.
Participants gain exposure to internal initiatives and work closely with global teams and leadership while contributing to projects aligned with strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global teams and senior leaders on initiatives connected to strategic partnerships.
- Work on internal projects that provide practical exposure to Wipro's operations and transformation initiatives.
- Identify business requirements, convert them into actionable plans, and deliver high quality outputs.
- Participate in meetings with partner leaders and cross functional stakeholders.
- Engage with senior leadership for mentorship and leadership guidance.
- Demonstrate initiative, leadership qualities, and confidence while working in a collaborative team environment.
