Gallagher Center of Excellence is looking for a web developer who is passionate about building smooth digital experiences. The role involves executing key delivery tasks across several projects while maintaining high standards in all outputs and supporting successful client delivery.

The position requires collaboration with project teams using tools such as Jira and working closely with backend developers, project managers, and client-facing teams. Candidates should be able to interpret instructions accurately, manage time effectively, and deliver quality work on schedule while minimizing revisions.

How You'll Make an Impact

Responsibilities

• JIRA Management: Analyze and interpret Jira tickets to implement updates and solutions accurately while meeting project requirements.
• Content Management: Use Content Management Systems to add, update, and maintain web page content while ensuring consistency with organizational standards.
• Version Control: Utilize GitHub for repository management, change tracking, pull requests, code reviews, and resolving merge conflicts while maintaining a structured codebase.
• Website Configuration: Manage website structure and configurations including page planning, site architecture, content hierarchy, and document or asset uploads.
• Quality Assurance: Perform testing and validation of updates to ensure proper functionality and performance, while documenting and reporting issues when necessary.
• Ownership and Accountability: Take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance web solutions and recommend improvements that optimize performance and user experience.
