As part of the production environment, you will support daily assembly operations and contribute to improvement initiatives across the shopfloor.
You will work in a shopfloor-focused assembly setting where Production, Quality, and Engineering teams collaborate closely. The environment promotes continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and lean practices to strengthen operational stability, safety, and performance.
The role requires strong technical and analytical abilities to gather, interpret, and analyze production and quality data. You should have an interest in continuous improvement practices and lean methods such as 5S, Kaizen, and reducing MURI, MURA, and MUDA.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is needed to manage data and present reports clearly. You will also coordinate with production teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and structured follow-up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with ANDON tracking, video study analysis, cycle-time improvement, production KPI reporting, or production digitalization is considered beneficial.
