What you will do
As part of the production environment, you will support daily assembly operations and contribute to improvement initiatives across the shopfloor.
- Assist daily assembly activities through data management, real-time monitoring, and continuous improvement work.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and Production Leaders to maintain accurate KPI and PI tracking and reporting.
- Gather and evaluate ANDON triggers and quality remarks to support root cause investigation and corrective actions.
- Support video study analysis to refine work methods, improve process flow, and reduce cycle time.
- Contribute to production digitalization initiatives and structured performance reporting.
- Assist safety initiatives by reporting unsafe conditions and participating in risk assessment activities.
- Monitor WIP vehicle status and ensure proper documentation flow.
- Take part in daily Gemba walks to identify abnormalities and support quick containment actions.
- Support IMQ teams during random in-process inspection activities.
- Assist with trials, validation tasks, and implementation of process improvements or engineering changes.
Your future team
You will work in a shopfloor-focused assembly setting where Production, Quality, and Engineering teams collaborate closely. The environment promotes continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and lean practices to strengthen operational stability, safety, and performance.
Who you are
The role requires strong technical and analytical abilities to gather, interpret, and analyze production and quality data. You should have an interest in continuous improvement practices and lean methods such as 5S, Kaizen, and reducing MURI, MURA, and MUDA.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is needed to manage data and present reports clearly. You will also coordinate with production teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and structured follow-up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience with ANDON tracking, video study analysis, cycle-time improvement, production KPI reporting, or production digitalization is considered beneficial.
