Job Description

This opportunity is offered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), a Government of India initiative designed to develop practical skills among graduates. The program provides hands-on, on-the-job training for a period of one year.

The team is looking for a Software Engineer to join the Operations team within the Core Platform Area Manufacturing. The role is part of a one-year apprenticeship assignment focused on learning, collaboration, and supporting application development and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support application development, maintenance, and operational activities within the platform team.
• Work with automation-focused solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with database-related work including queries and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Participate in support activities and adapt to development, maintenance, and support tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

• BE, B.Tech, or MCA in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of C#/.NET, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server (2012 or later).
• Hands-on exposure to T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Interest in automation and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Additional Knowledge

• Understanding of Domain Driven Design concepts.
• Exposure to technologies such as RPA, Machine Learning, Mobility, or Azure is beneficial, or willingness to learn them.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work across development, maintenance, and support activities, including CET shifts and on-call schedules when required.
