Job Description

As part of its effort to develop young professionals, the company invites fresh commerce graduates to participate in the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). This program provides practical industry exposure and the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals on real-world assignments.

The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is a Government of India initiative designed to develop practical skills among graduates in various trade disciplines. Under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (amended in 1973), Volvo Group offers a one-year on-the-job training program that focuses on hands-on learning and industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP master data related to FI/CO modules.
• Record business transactions connected to General Ledger and Asset Accounting.
• Assist in preparing financial reports based on assigned tasks.
• Interact with internal clients within defined responsibility areas.
• Understand system interfaces and their impact on financial statements.
• Support senior team members in project work and data management activities.

Pre-requisites

• Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Understanding of core accounting concepts.
• Ability to solve problems and handle assigned tasks efficiently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in different shifts if required.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Basic familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems is an advantage.
