Volvo Construction Equipment is inviting fresh graduates to join the NATS Apprenticeship Program as Graduate Apprentice Trainees in the Warranty & Service function. The program offers practical training and skill development through hands-on exposure to warranty operations, dealer support, reporting, and service processes.
About the NATS Apprenticeship Program
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) enables Volvo India to engage newly graduated candidates in a one-year apprenticeship program. Participants receive structured learning opportunities across multiple business functions while building industry-relevant skills.
Role Overview
As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will support warranty claim validation, reporting activities, service monitoring, and data analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Warranty & Service function.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality checks of warranty claims in line with WUM, PSI and AD guidelines
- Support digital transformation of service documents within DMS
- Assist with AI learning and implementation activities in DMS and UCHP
- Create and support SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps solutions
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Provide system-related support to dealers
- Prepare reports and documentation for warranty reviews
- Track machine uptime and service performance metrics
- Develop and monitor warranty dashboards and KPIs
- Create training and competency development materials related to warranty processes
Qualifications
BE/BTech graduates are eligible to apply. Freshers are preferred for this apprenticeship role.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Presentation and documentation capabilities
- Understanding of Power BI is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
Learning and Development Opportunities

- Understand preventive maintenance and machine maintenance practices
