About the Role
The Apprentice Networks Delivery Coordinator will join the Delivery Management as a Service (DMaaS) team within Network Strategy and Engineering. The role focuses on coordinating end-to-end project management activities and supporting delivery of low to moderately complex network projects across Vodafone’s European markets.
This position works closely with internal stakeholders and VOIS customers to help ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with the Network Strategy and Engineering delivery framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities throughout the complete project lifecycle within the DMaaS portfolio.
- Support implementation phases including design, development, testing, acceptance, and transition to operational teams.
- Maintain and regularly update project plans to align with programme timelines and governance requirements.
- Identify and track risks or issues, collaborating with stakeholders and escalating where required.
- Communicate clearly with project stakeholders and team members to ensure transparency in delivery progress.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation in the NSE project management tools following governance standards.
- Monitor project delivery against service level agreements, productivity KPIs, timelines, and approved budgets.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing, onboarding support, and DMaaS engagement initiatives.
- Take part in innovation and continuous improvement activities within the DMaaS function.
Who You Are
- A graduate with a university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- An early career professional with up to one year of exposure to project management activities, preferably in telecommunications or networking environments.
- Comfortable collaborating within virtual and cross-country teams while engaging with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and structured delivery frameworks.
- General technical understanding of network engineering platforms and lifecycle stages.
- A collaborative and adaptable team member able to execute tasks with guidance while contributing to team objectives.
Learning Opportunities

- Experience working within a structured project management services portfolio using recognised delivery frameworks.
