Roles and Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions. This role offers opportunities to work on end-to-end product development, from conceptualization to delivery, in a collaborative, agile environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing new features based on detailed technical and business requirements
- Designing, building, configuring, and documenting application components and enhancements
- Troubleshooting and resolving production or operational issues quickly and effectively
- Coding and configuring applications with attention to detail, scalability, and performance
- Working across multiple technical domains and integrating solutions when needed
- Collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand goals and deliver solutions that align with business needs
- Leading code and design reviews to ensure high standards in code quality and architecture
- Conducting prototyping sessions to validate requirements and align solutions
- Planning and executing development tasks while identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies
- Participating in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Communicating technical ideas, issues, and solutions clearly to various stakeholders
- Recommending process improvements to increase team efficiency and software quality
- Staying informed on emerging technologies and evaluating their applicability
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong academic or project background in full stack development
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical environment
