Job Description
We are seeking motivated and passionate freshers to join our team as Java Associate Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in Java development by working on scalable and efficient software solutions in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code.
- Assist in developing and testing applications using Java and Spring Cloud.
- Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and contribute to project goals.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Learn and apply new technologies and tools as required.
Eligibility
- Students graduating in 2025 with a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), Master of Engineering (M.E.), Master of Technology (M.Tech.), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
- Eligible streams: Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Candidates must have a consistent academic score of 60% and above throughout their studies, with no active backlogs.
Additional Requirements
- The candidate should hold citizenship, a passport, or permanent residence in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
- Willingness to relocate to United States, United Kingdom, or Canada post-training.
- Selected candidates will undergo an internship opportunity during their final semester.
- A two-year service agreement is applicable upon joining Virtusa, with a one-year waiver for candidates pursuing higher studies.
