Job Description
United Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and talented Associate Engineers to join our Digital Technology team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about software development and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development and Problem Solving
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using Java, Angular, and SQL
- Apply strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
- Work with AWS Cloud environments
- Follow the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Use Agile methodology for collaborative and adaptive development
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams on technical initiatives
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and project status
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 0 to 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong command over Java, SQL, and Angular
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Exposure to AWS Cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Agile practices and SDLC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience or certification in AWS Cloud services
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
