What success looks like in this role
This position involves building familiarity with Global Field Operations concepts, procedures, and working methods. The associate supports routine operational activities while learning internal tools and processes.
With guidance, the role handles day-to-day Global Field Operations tasks and assists service coordination activities across teams.
- Receive and respond to requests from clients and Field Engineering teams.
- Create, validate, and track service tickets using the Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management systems and related tools.
- Schedule and manage client appointments.
- Arrange service access and coordinate essential parts required for field activities.
- Support call center operations and service coordination.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure service activities align with defined standards.
- Communicate with cross‑functional teams to maintain a smooth operational workflow.
- Learn and follow Global Field Operations policies and procedures.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve client satisfaction.
- Assist with additional projects or assignments as needed.
Basic Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Typically less than 1 year of experience in a related area.
