Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and perform in-depth results analysis
• Report software bugs and errors to the development team
• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure functionality and performance
• Collaborate closely with QA Engineers to design effective test strategies and plans
• Review and analyze detailed system specifications
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts based on functional requirements
• Ensure all testing procedures adhere to organizational standards and best practices
• Participate in the identification, triaging, and resolution of defects and issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related technical discipline

Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Java and Selenium
• Understanding of software testing techniques and various testing methodologies
• Awareness of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong quality focus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and regression testing
• Basic understanding of databases and proficiency in SQL
