Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Analyst to join our Gurugram team. This role provides hands-on experience in analytical chemistry and food technology, with opportunities to work on advanced laboratory instruments and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting proximate and water analysis.
- Operate and learn handling of instruments such as AAS, UV Spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, and FTIR.
- Support laboratory testing processes in compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and follow safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, or Food Chemistry.
- Basic knowledge of proximate and water analysis preferred.
- Willingness to learn advanced analytical techniques.
