Job Description

Kautex is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join the IT Manufacturing (MFG) team. The role involves supporting global IT standards, ensuring quality system compliance, and assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions across manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with testing, implementing, and enforcing manufacturing and quality IT standards in alignment with global IT processes
• Collaborate with IT leaders to develop and maintain quality systems and processes
• Manage IT tickets using ServiceNow, resolve customer issues, and implement service requests
• Support and maintain IT manufacturing systems including BCAQ, QDAS, Calvin, EAM, and PowerApps
• Ensure IT solutions comply with governance and security requirements, including training of non-IT staff
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements
• Execute technology solutions with minimal downtime or disruption
• Prepare and review procedural and technical documentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Work with business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions

Experience & Skills

• Exposure to operating systems: Windows, Linux/Unix
• Basic knowledge of database administration: Oracle, SQL (preferred)
• Awareness of incident management and problem-solving skills
• End-user support and troubleshooting experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Customer-oriented mindset and team collaboration skills
