As a Software Engineer at Texas Instruments (TI), you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) during your first year. This program is designed to provide both professional and technical training to fast-track your career development at TI. You will engage in hands-on, meaningful experiences from day one, including function-specific training and practical on-the-job learning.
In this role, you will be involved in software architecture design, embedded application development, and creation of development tools. Your responsibilities will include coding to optimize chip operations, testing product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, systems engineering, applications, and customer support.
