Job Description

This role falls under General Customer Service, covering post-sale technical and non-technical support for business and end-consumer customers across several sub-families:

• Remote Customer Service: Providing support by phone, online chat or text. This includes call center support for high volumes of low-complexity inquiries, and analysing and resolving issues that are higher in complexity, typically handled in an office setting.
• Distribution Center Customer Service: Work performed in a distribution center, product returns or repair center, or a walk-in service facility. This includes liaising between customers, production and distribution teams on specific orders, and giving technical and non-technical support at a walk-in center.

Incumbents in this specialization are not paid based on sales target achievement. The role requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, gained through work experience, and may call for vocational or basic technical education. It involves moderate supervision and the ability to solve routine issues independently, with occasional deviations or improvements to standard procedures.
