ION Group is seeking passionate and driven graduates for the role of Technical Analyst as part of the 2026 Leadership Development Program in India. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze technical and functional issues, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Deploy ION products and assist customers with project implementations.
- Examine data to identify usage trends and recommend optimal solutions.
- Manage customer platforms hosted in ION data centers.
- Automate repetitive tasks and strive for long-term stable solutions.
- Collaborate effectively within teams with minimal supervision.
