Global Business Services

Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

Global Business Services is recognized for flawless execution, sound risk management, operational resiliency, operational excellence, and innovation.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview

EIT Testing: Conduct independent process testing in support of identified needs. Testing includes activities such as manual, automated, surveillance, and transaction level testing. Accountable for monitoring quality test execution, reversal/rebuttals, reporting and resolving issues escalated by LOB/testers, and monitoring the completion of all tests as scheduled.

EIT Automation: Develop and build automated tests on the required platform while adhering to development standards.

EIT UAT Testing: Conduct end-to-end testing on applications and technology to ensure that business, technical, and functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC. Execute test scripts based on test strategy/plans to identify defects prior to production.

Requirements

Education: B.Tech, MBA, PGDM, Masters in Economics, Quantitative Technique & Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, or Data Sciences. Certification: Not Applicable.

Experience Range: Fresher / 0 years

Foundational Skills

Risk Management, Collaboration/Teamwork, Intellectual Curiosity, Drive for Operational Excellence (OpEx), Verbal and written communication, Microsoft Office, Analytical/Problem Solving.

Location: Should be willing to work in any of the following locations as per company requirement: Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, Gandhinagar (GIFT), Hyderabad.
