Role Overview
This role calls for enough knowledge of Program Management to apply it efficiently and work productively with broad instruction. The job involves regularly taking part in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member, proactively spotting key issues or risks, and seeking the right level of guidance to ensure quality outcomes.
It is an operational role responsible for delivering results that directly affect achievement within Program Management. The person works under direct supervision, identifies problems, and suggests improvements to existing methods, drawing on personal experience and feedback.
The role also involves continuously building more complex skills, techniques, operating practices and conceptual knowledge to progress toward full proficiency in the specialisation. The person should be able to adapt to unfamiliar issues, challenges and problems within the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitoring project progress
- Resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Creating reports and project documentation
- Analysing databases and conducting quantitative and qualitative research
- Regularly participating in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member
