About the Opportunity
Target Technology Services supports the systems, tools, and platforms that power one of the world’s leading retailers. Teams work with modern technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions across digital and in-store experiences.
As an Apprentice, you will collaborate with experienced engineering professionals and gain exposure to technology innovation in retail and e-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside engineering teams to help design innovative technology solutions.
- Assist in evaluating new technologies and contribute to service lifecycle management activities.
- Support the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions with guidance from mentors.
- Participate in development, automation, debugging, and implementation tasks while following architectural and operational standards.
- Help troubleshoot commonly encountered technical issues and support system monitoring activities.
- Contribute to new retail ideas, algorithms, and intellectual property initiatives.
What We Look For
- Pursuing an Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Circuit branches.
- Strong academic performance with no active backlogs.
- Interest in learning new tools and technologies.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive and proactive approach.
- Ability to follow through on ideas and commitments.
