About the Role
As a System Engineer I at Tesco India, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing large enterprise networks in a hybrid work environment. This position requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure seamless network operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain large-scale enterprise networks.
- Work effectively in multi-vendor environments.
- Provide on-call support for major incidents.
- Independently handle network-related incidents.
- Lead technical discussions with internal infrastructure teams.
- Collaborate as a team player and contribute to network projects.
- Offer consultation to development and application teams on network infrastructure.
Required Skills & Technologies
- Routing & Switching: Juniper, Cisco, Arista
- Wireless: Mist-Wireless
- Security: Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA), Forescout NAC, Palo Alto
- Load Balancing: F5 or similar solutions
- Network Automation: Python, API, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD, GitLab, Resolve (minimum 2 at intermediate level)
- Tools: Cisco ISE (Wi-Fi & Radius), SolarWinds, PRTG
