Job Summary
Standard Chartered Bank is seeking highly talented and ambitious individuals to join our Technology team as Development Engineers. You will work in an Agile environment as part of dynamic scrum teams, solving customer challenges, enhancing client journeys, and contributing to the bank’s mission of creating impactful digital experiences.

- Apply Agile methodologies in project execution
Desired Competencies

- Experience with hackathons, coding competitions, or open-source contributions
- Certifications from reputed developer communities (Google, Microsoft, etc.)
- Exposure to technologies like IoT, Deep Learning, Blockchain
Skills and Experience
- Object-oriented programming (preferably Java)
- Microservices and modern UI frameworks (Angular, React)
- Applied Mathematics and Algorithm Design
- AI, NLP, and Machine Learning algorithms
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certifications such as Google Developer Certification or Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer are a plus
