Role Overview
We believe in complete ownership of projects, where one person ensures all aspects are executed effectively. We prioritize launching prototypes early to validate user needs and contribute to the open-source community by building and sharing innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on impactful projects.
- Provide constructive feedback during code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Maintain and scale systems to meet user demands.
- Develop skills to manage projects end-to-end, including technical leadership and project management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related field by Summer 2026, or equivalent experience.
- Basic programming experience through coursework or side projects; familiarity with Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, or Go is a plus.
- Experience collaborating on multi-person coding projects in academic or professional settings.
- Ability to learn and understand unfamiliar systems through research and mentorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialized knowledge in areas such as frontend technologies and understanding HTTP request handling.
- Experience in code review practices and safe production updates.
- Familiarity with large codebases and effective navigation strategies.
In-Office Expectations
Office-assigned employees in Bengaluru are expected to work 100% from the office. This supports collaboration, user engagement, and learning opportunities.
Salary & Benefits
