Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Software Engineer to join our core product team. You will contribute to building scalable and intelligent systems that fuel our AI recruitment engine, tackling real-world challenges from automating candidate evaluation to developing AI-driven matching pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices for the AI hiring platform.
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to integrate ML/LLM-based features into production.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code adhering to best practices.
- Enhance system performance and reliability to support rapid user growth.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and feature planning.
- Work closely with designers, data scientists, and backend engineers to deliver impactful features.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go (Python preferred).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML models, FastAPI, or LangChain.
