Job Summary
As a Software Engineer at Baxter, you will be responsible for programming a feature or a small feature set. You will apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
You will participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps. You will write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project. You should have decent skills in core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice. You will take ownership of small tasks and deliver without supervision while using your discretion to seek help when necessary.

- Design, build, test, assemble, support and configure applications using business requirements
- Bake technology trends into solutions; participate in the development of automation solutions, new functionality and technologies and integrate them in existing solutions

What you'll bring
- Graduate degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a reputed institution with 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in Systems Software Programming Skills (JAVA, C/C++ etc.)
- Sound understanding of Computer Science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, Operating systems, Algorithm, design, data structures, and complexity analysis
