As a Software Engineer I on the Martech Intelligence Pod, you will begin your engineering career by contributing to real customer-facing applications across both frontend and backend systems. The role provides a supportive environment to learn professional software development practices while exploring modern AI tools and solutions used in product development.
Your main focus will be maintaining and enhancing customer-facing websites while gradually gaining exposure to infrastructure and system integrations handled by the Intelligence Pod. You will also spend time experimenting with AI tools, learning about LLM APIs, and exploring how AI-driven approaches can solve product challenges.
This is a structured onboarding role where you will work closely with senior engineers. They will guide you through the full development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, building frontend components and backend services, testing, debugging, and production deployment.
