Role Overview
The developer will contribute to product development by writing code, creating unit tests, and implementing algorithms that meet business requirements. The role involves collaborating with onshore development teams on application design, implementation, and support.
You will also work with internal teams to analyze potential features, define requirements, and propose technical solutions for operational challenges. The position includes supporting production systems and maintaining application stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code for application features.
- Debugging: Identify issues in existing software and implement fixes.
- Code Reviews: Review code produced by team members and participate in maintaining coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, product managers, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Testing: Create and execute unit tests to verify software functionality and reliability.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to code and product features.
- Production Support: Provide technical and application support for production environments.
- Process Improvement: Review and improve development processes, coding standards, and related documentation.
- Project Delivery: Manage or contribute to software modules or sub-modules within defined scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Knowledge Documentation: Work with the team to document application knowledge and technical details.
