Overview
Business Analyst (Doxis, German Language Specialist)
This contract role sits within the SG Global Solution Centre and covers day-to-day operational support for the Doxis platform, with German used in most of the communication.
Routine Tasks
- Maintaining logs
- Handling master data and document requirement communication in German
- Managing special communication alerts and updating and developing Confluence pages in German
- Taking part in daily team meetings in German
- Organizing Outlook features, such as e-mail categorization and team information
- Administering and maintaining the Jira board for DoxSD
- Maintaining the Remedy board (MVT, HD) and communicating with customers and the hotline in German
User Management
- Managing authorizations in Doxis, including new staff, new logins, temporary permissions, exit messages and Doxis categories
- Communicating about invisible users, who then become visible in CubeDesigner
