Job Description
Siemens is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Graduate Trainee Engineers to join its Global Business Services team based in Chennai. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a diverse and global team delivering innovative digital and business process solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you will:
- Work on global Building Automation System (BAS) projects assigned to specific zones, regions, or countries
- Understand project-specific requirements and deliver HVAC control system engineering packages accordingly
- Perform design engineering tasks under the guidance of project leads or team leaders
- Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to engineering standards and practices
- Follow quality control (QC) processes using checklists for design accuracy
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide regular project updates to team leads or project managers
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation or Electrical preferred)
Eligible Batch
- 2023, 2024, 2025 graduates
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals
- Good knowledge of electrical concepts and control systems
- Ability to follow structured design and engineering guidelines
- Effective written and spoken communication skills in English
