About the Role
Siemens Global Business Services delivers high quality and cost efficient Finance and Procurement services, covering processes from purchasing to outgoing payments, cash allocation, fixed asset accounting, account reconciliation, and closing and reporting. The team works within an integrated system environment supported by automation and digital workflows.
These services are designed to provide innovative and user friendly solutions while helping the business improve efficiency through process optimization and digitalization. The team supports both current and future requirements of Siemens business units using strong process expertise and automation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily customer and vendor master data creation and modification for third party and intra company requests.
- Handle emergency processing requests when applicable and assist with discrepancy resolution by coordinating with requestors.
- Communicate with customers to analyze queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support accounting activities with proper controls during processing tasks.
- Maintain accuracy in master data updates related to customer and vendor records.
- Work with internal teams to address queries and discrepancies.
- Operate across multiple applications and ERP systems as part of the process workflow.
- Apply understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes along with quality methodologies.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Comfortable working in night shifts or early morning shifts when required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced MS Excel.
- Ability to analyze and resolve operational queries.
- Professional attitude with a service oriented approach and sense of accountability.
