About the Role

CSC is seeking a Service Desk Intern to join our Global IT Organization in Bangalore. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. You will assist in servicing the IT needs of end-users and clients, both onsite and remotely, under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal and external teams for technical and operational queries.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials.
• Collaborate on various projects with team members.
• Attend and actively contribute to meetings and workshops.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed B.E, B.Tech, BCA, or B.Sc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common productivity tools.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Terminal, or CMD.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
