Main Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Develop and implement territory business plans to meet sales goals.
- Conduct in-person meetings with healthcare professionals to promote Sanofi products.
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Record customer interactions and insights using CRM systems.
- Respond to customer queries and provide product-related information.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers on strategic accounts.
Product Knowledge and Communication
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, therapeutic areas, and competitors.
- Deliver compliant and effective product presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Follow compliance guidelines for promotional activities.
- Stay updated on healthcare policies, industry trends, and market developments.
Compliance and Ethics
- Ensure all activities follow company policies, regulations, and local laws.
- Maintain accurate records of promotional activities and expenses.
- Follow protocols for adverse event reporting.
- Understand the boundaries between promotional and scientific engagement activities.
Collaboration
- Work with medical teams when healthcare professionals request medical information.
- Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with relevant teams.
About You
- Freshers can apply. Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of products, market practices, and business policies.
- Good presentation, selling, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
