About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Engineer – UI to join our Core UI team at Rubrik’s Bangalore office. As a UI Engineer at Rubrik, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building reusable front-end systems that power our complex web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Designers, Product Managers, and other Software Engineers to deliver high-quality, user-facing products.

Responsibilities

• Architect efficient, scalable, and reusable front-end systems
• Own individual projects and manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and responsive UIs
• Enhance and maintain our design library and UI platform components
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance or scalability issues in production systems

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Batch Eligible: 2023, 2022, 2021 graduates
• Demonstrated understanding of core Computer Science concepts
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience with JavaScript and React.js
• Strong foundation in asynchronous programming, closures, ES6
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
• Keen sense of web design and user experience
• Experience building user-facing software applications
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks and libraries such as React or AngularJS
• Understanding of full web stack, including protocols and server optimization
