About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project/Program Manager Intern to join our engineering team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and management of technical projects within our product development lifecycle. This internship offers hands-on experience in overseeing SaaS and on-premise product delivery, working with cross-functional teams, and streamlining development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You will contribute to process improvements, assist in risk assessment, and ensure that product milestones are met. Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Communication

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress across multiple teams.
• Work closely with engineering, product management, customer support, and leadership teams to define priorities and align objectives.
• Facilitate meetings, document key action points, and ensure timely follow-ups on deliverables.
• Provide clear and concise updates on project status, potential blockers, and required escalations.

Risk Management and Problem Solving

• Help identify potential risks in product development and work on mitigation strategies.
• Support the development team in resolving technical or operational challenges affecting project timelines.
• Gather and analyze project data to provide insights that enhance decision-making.

Process Improvement and Optimization

• Evaluate current project management methodologies and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Recommend and implement tools that automate workflows and optimize project execution.
• Support the adoption of Agile methodologies, ensuring best practices are followed.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of SaaS architectures, cloud computing, and software development workflows.
• Project Management Acumen: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess project needs and propose solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation and process tracking.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities effectively.
