Job Summary

Rubrik is hiring Software Engineer Interns for the Winter 2026 internship program. As an intern, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and improving software while working on meaningful projects that impact Rubrik’s data security products. Rubrik values giving engineers responsibility, not just tasks, ensuring you get exposure to real-world challenges and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with technical expertise
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the software stack

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, C/C++, Scala, Python

Eligibility

• Batch: 2026 (Circuital branches only)
• Minimum CGPA: 8.0 and above
• Availability: January 2026 – May 2026 (onsite, Bangalore only; no remote option)
