Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable and reusable front-end components for complex web applications.
- Implement intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and accessibility.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into high-quality UI solutions.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in front-end technologies and incorporate best practices into development workflows.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and improve overall code quality to ensure robust and maintainable applications.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues related to browser compatibility, performance bottlenecks, and UI glitches.
- Maintain and enhance our design system and UI component library to ensure consistency across applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with JavaScript, React.js, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and web technologies.
- Experience with asynchronous programming, closures, ES6+, and functional components in React.
- Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL for efficient data handling.
- Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for user interface design and usability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js, Express.js, or Firebase.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services.
- Prior contributions to open-source projects or experience in hackathons.
