We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer – UI to join our dynamic team. As a front-end engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive, high-performance web applications that enhance user experience. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to build scalable and responsive web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and reusable front-end components for complex web applications.
Implement intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and accessibility.
Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into high-quality UI solutions.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in front-end technologies and incorporate best practices into development workflows.
Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and improve overall code quality to ensure robust and maintainable applications.
Debug and troubleshoot issues related to browser compatibility, performance bottlenecks, and UI glitches.
Maintain and enhance our design system and UI component library to ensure consistency across applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with JavaScript, React.js, and modern front-end frameworks.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and web technologies.
Experience with asynchronous programming, closures, ES6+, and functional components in React.
Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL for efficient data handling.
Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for user interface design and usability.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js, Express.js, or Firebase.
Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services.
Prior contributions to open-source projects or experience in hackathons.
