Rockwell Automation Hiring Graduate Engineer Trainee- Testing | Fresher | 6LPA

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our Quality Engineering team as ETL Test Engineers / Test Automation Engineers. In this role, you will contribute to software testing and automation initiatives, collaborate with QA and development teams, and gain hands-on exposure to automation frameworks and testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automation test scripts
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to understand requirements and design test cases
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Debug test failures, analyse logs, and report defects
• Maintain and improve test automation frameworks
• Write SQL queries for database validation
• Participate in agile ceremonies and continuous process improvements

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Python programming (loops, functions, OOP concepts)
• SQL queries for data validation
• Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (manual and automation)
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, PyTest, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Basic understanding of API testing (Postman, REST API)
