About the Role:
Red Hat is looking for Quality Engineering Trainees to join our team. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation while collaborating with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research new features and design test cases
• Execute manual and automated tests, ensuring timely and clear reporting
• Identify, document, and communicate bugs and customer impacts to developers
• Collaborate with Engineering, QE, Product Management, and Documentation teams
• Engage in a diverse and inclusive workplace with talented professionals

What You Will Bring:

• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Basic knowledge and passion for testing methodologies and techniques
• Willingness to work with Python, Golang, or similar programming languages
• Passion for problem-solving, debugging, and learning new technologies
• Ability to commit to a 6-month program from June – December 2025
