About the Role:
Red Hat is looking for Quality Engineering Trainees to join our team. You will work closely with a senior mentor to gain hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation while collaborating with international teams.

Through hands-on experience, networking opportunities, skill development, and impactful projects, we ensure you gain valuable industry exposure while working on innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research new features and design test cases
- Execute manual and automated tests, ensuring timely and clear reporting
- Identify, document, and communicate bugs and customer impacts to developers
- Collaborate with Engineering, QE, Product Management, and Documentation teams
- Engage in a diverse and inclusive workplace with talented professionals
What You Will Bring:
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Basic knowledge and passion for testing methodologies and techniques
- Willingness to work with Python, Golang, or similar programming languages
- Passion for problem-solving, debugging, and learning new technologies
- Ability to commit to a 6-month program from June - December 2025
