Razorpay is Hiring Associate Business Analyst (Bengaluru)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time system monitoring for Razorpay's top merchants and enterprise-wide transactions, with immediate stakeholder alerts during performance issues
• Turn merchant key metrics into actionable business intelligence through detailed data analysis
• Communicate promptly with stakeholders during system incidents or data anomalies
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards for internal performance tracking and metric visualization
• Identify meaningful patterns, trends, and insights through data analytics
• Collaborate with internal teams across functions to resolve issues and implement improvements
