About the Role
At PwC, our deals team provides strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. We help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.
Within the Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team in Deals Transaction Services, you will help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. As part of the team, you can help provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analyzing and assessing all the financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions being made.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage projects of medium to large complexity.
- Exhibit strong business acumen and analytical skills, with strong audit-related skills.
- Adept at identifying issues for purchase price adjustments, working capital, and debt-like adjustments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Independently write deliverables and articulate points of view.
- Ability to build strong internal connections within the organization.
- Technically sound in Indian GAAP / Indian Accounting standards.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with data and analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau, etc.
- Exhibit the highest level of integrity.
