About the Role
Lumel is seeking talented 2026 graduating engineering students to join its Star Hire Program. This initiative is aimed at identifying and nurturing high-potential freshers with strong coding skills and a passion for creating scalable, high-quality software solutions. As a Product Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web and enterprise applications.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE / B.Tech graduates in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Graduation year: 2026
Key Skills Required
- Strong programming fundamentals including Data Structures & Algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: React.js, .NET / .NET Core / C#, Rust
- Understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) is advantageous
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best engineering practices
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies
