Role Overview
The Invigilator or Test Administrator supports secure exam delivery while ensuring a positive and professional experience for candidates. This part-time, fully onsite role involves flexible scheduling with typical operational shifts between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm from Monday to Sunday. Candidates should also be open to extended schedules up to 11:00 pm during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Follow all testing procedures and adhere to company policies while exercising careful judgment
- Check in test candidates, verify identification, and explain examination procedures
- Proctor and invigilate candidates during examinations to maintain testing integrity
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve technical issues when required
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as sanitizing keyboards and testing equipment after each candidate completes their exam
Qualifications
- Graduate in any relevant discipline
- Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work flexible schedules based on operational requirements
