About the Role:
As an Associate Software Engineer at PayU, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance payment solutions. You’ll work with modern technologies, solve complex engineering challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and reliable digital transaction systems. Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility, dedication, and passion for engineering.
• Apply core software engineering skills including data structures, algorithms, system design, and complexity analysis.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning sessions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech).
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic database concepts.
• Open-minded and collaborative approach.
