About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. The role involves creating interactive reports, building insightful dashboards, and empowering data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
- Perform ETL operations to integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI.
- Create DAX queries for complex calculations and business logic.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance and responsiveness.
- Assist in building and enhancing data models for accurate reporting.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and ensure data security.
- Troubleshoot issues related to reports, dashboards, and data sources.
- Provide user training and support for Power BI usage.
- Stay updated with Power BI features and industry trends to enhance BI capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
- Ability to design user-friendly and interactive dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and cleaning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
