About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. The role involves creating interactive reports, building insightful dashboards, and empowering data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
• Perform ETL operations to integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI.
• Create DAX queries for complex calculations and business logic.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and responsiveness.
• Assist in building and enhancing data models for accurate reporting.
• Implement row-level security (RLS) and ensure data security.
• Troubleshoot issues related to reports, dashboards, and data sources.
• Provide user training and support for Power BI usage.
• Stay updated with Power BI features and industry trends to enhance BI capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
• Ability to design user-friendly and interactive dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Knowledge of Power Query for data transformation and cleaning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
