Job Description
Oracle is hiring a Technical Analyst 1 – Support to join its global support team. As a Technical Solution Analyst I, you will investigate front-end application issues by capturing logs, applying fix tools, testing workflows, and collaborating with end users. You will also leverage backend tools such as querying databases, analyzing log files, updating database fields, and cycling servers to resolve client issues.
You will be responsible for documentation throughout the investigation lifecycle and for ensuring prompt resolution by prioritizing incidents based on severity and client impact. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a critical part of this role.
