Job Description
NTT DATA is hiring fresh graduates for the position of Helpdesk Senior Representative at their Bangalore office. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to begin their career in IT support and service desk roles with one of the world’s leading business and technology service providers.
As a Senior Service Desk Associate, you will assist users via phone, chat, or email in resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and peripheral devices. You will work within established processes and use available tools and knowledge bases to provide effective technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions and document reported issues in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary
- Analyze root causes using internal tools and standard procedures
- Provide technical guidance to users on system policies, capabilities, and usage
- Refer and diagnose incoming service requests related to PC maintenance
- Liaise between internal teams and users to ensure timely issue resolution
- Ensure high levels of user satisfaction and system uptime
- Work collaboratively in a rotational shift environment (24/7)
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (local and hybrid)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office family applications
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work in office 5 days a week
- Flexibility for rotational shifts
