Associate HR Operations Generalist

NTT DATA is looking for an Associate HR Operations Generalist to support multiple operational aspects of the employee lifecycle. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee record maintenance. The position requires attention to detail and strong organizational ability to help ensure HR processes run smoothly.

The role operates under general supervision when handling more complex HR operational tasks and works closely with other teams to maintain effective HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Assist in ensuring HR activities follow applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
• Use HR data to generate insights, trends, and metrics that support decision-making and operational improvements.
• Participate in organizational change initiatives within HR operations and guide employees during transition processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Use HRIS tools for data management, reporting, and analysis while maintaining accuracy and integrity of employee records.
• Carry out additional HR administrative or operational tasks when required.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Basic understanding of HR processes and policies across recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR-related software used for data management and reporting.
• Understanding of HR data analysis to produce insights and key metrics.
• Ability to support HR initiatives that align with broader organizational goals.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for conveying HR information to varied audiences.
• Analytical ability to identify HR issues and contribute to potential solutions.
• Capability to assist with HR projects from planning through completion.
