About the Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building templates, dashboards, and reports to support operational and management decision-making. You will work on data extraction, statistical analysis, and business insights, ensuring efficient reporting and analytics for customer initiatives and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain templates, dashboards, and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
- Implement statistical and analytical models for customer growth and issue diagnosis
- Run and maintain the reporting system for tracking business performance
- Extract and analyze data for ad hoc business requests
- Perform data mining to uncover key business insights
- Understand business requirements and highlight key lead indicators
