Job Description
Mr. Cooper Group is seeking passionate and energetic software engineering interns to join its technology team in Chennai. The internship is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about solving real-world business problems through technology and are eager to grow as polyglot developers.

Interns will gain hands-on experience working across multiple layers of the technology stack including web, mobile, analytics, and data engineering. You'll be mentored and trained to adapt to various technologies that best solve business needs and be part of a high-impact development team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end software development lifecycle
• Design, develop, and test web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver features
• Solve technical challenges with creative and scalable solutions
• Work on real-time analytics and data engineering pipelines
• Learn and adapt to new tools, languages, and frameworks as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong foundation in programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms
• Interest in full stack development with exposure to both frontend and backend technologies
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
