Role Overview
As an IT Intern at Motorola Solutions, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting and enhancing the company's technology infrastructure. This internship offers hands-on experience with real-world projects, providing exposure to cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Support daily IT operations and infrastructure management.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk requests promptly and professionally.
- Participate in deploying new hardware and software to end-users.
- Contribute to IT projects involving network design, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides for internal use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather IT requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Requirements
- Strong interest in IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
